To thrive in this role, you'll need: A solid foundation: Diploma in Engineering or a relevant field with at least 4 years of experience in tendering for electrical engineering construction projects (non-negotiable). Technical know-how: Expertise in electrical systems, equipment, and renewable energy technologies. Project management savvy: Experience overseeing turnkey projects from start to finish. In-depth product knowledge: Familiarity with electrical equipment at a product level. Industry awareness: Understanding of Municipal, Eskom, IPPs, and Industrial energy sectors.
