Job Overview: As a Resort Entertainment Team Member, your primary responsibility is to provide entertainment and recreational activities for resort guests, ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience. While focusing on entertaining guests and organizing various activities such as volleyball, archery, crossbow, soccer, Bingo, and quizzes, you are also accountable for the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of all entertainment equipment. Additionally, safeguarding the well-being of guests, particularly children, is paramount in this role.What you'll do:Entertainment: Engage guests in various entertainment activities, games, and events to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere at the resort.Activity Setup: Set up equipment and spaces for entertainment games such as volleyball, archery, crossbow, soccer, Bingo, and quizzes, ensuring they are safe and ready for use.Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain all entertainment equipment to ensure functionality, safety, and cleanliness.Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests during activities and games, taking proactive measures to prevent accidents or injuries.Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, providing assistance, guidance, and ensuring their enjoyment throughout their stay.Child Supervision: Show a special focus on children's activities, ensuring their safety, engagement, and enjoyment while participating in entertainment programs.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to coordinate schedules, activities, and events, promoting a cohesive and well-organized entertainment program.Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond promptly and effectively in case of emergencies, following resort protocols and ensuring the safety of all guests.What you'll bring:Must have a minimum of a grade 8 (Or sufficient literacy and communication skills)
