People who think differently and connect with those around them to co-create new opportunities and leave a meaningful legacy.Role responsibilitiesMonitor progress and quality of work on site in line with Project Specifications and the approved Programme.Provide support documentation for Technical & Contract Site Meetings within 3 working days of the meeting.Undertake measurements for Contractor Payment Certificates and keep accurate site records monthly.Evaluate Contractor's Claims for extension of time and cost and provide comment to the Employer's Agent.Attend to site queries within 48 hours and escalate relevant queries to the Employer's Agent.Evaluate and comment on Contractor's Programmes, Cashflows & Catch-up Plans within 2 days.Prepare Weekly Site Reports before close of business on Mondays.Follow up on the Contractor's Close-out Reports for findings on H&S and Environmental Audits.Minimum RequirementsBTech/BSc/BEng in a Civil Engineering discipline is required.Unregistered Engineer or Technologist with a minimum of 10 years OR an ECSA registered Engineer or Technologist with a minimum of 5 years site experience with defined exposure in dealing with medium to large scale projects.isiXhosa language proficiency would be advantageous; however, it is not a mandatory requirement for the role.We believe that a diverse workforce is key to our business success.
