Employee & Industrial Relations Specialist (East Rand)

Qualifications and Experience:- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role - In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws (LRA, BCEA, etc.) - Experience dealing with the CCMA, bargaining councils, and unions - Proven track record in managing complex disciplinary processes and investigations - Experience in mediation, conflict resolution, and proactive problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteBy submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTCs clients and/or verification information suppliers.
