Grade 12 with Maths or AccountingBachelors degree in social work or clinical psychology or equivalent qualificationRegistered with the Council for Social Work/EAPA SA/ Medical BoardAt least 5 years of relevant experience, inclusive of exposure to industrial social work, Group work, Community interventions, computer literacy, fluent in English plus the to communicate in local languages such as N Sotho and XiTsongaSelf-starter, initiative, Conceptuality, Attention to detail, Correctness, Non-Judgemental, high stress tolerance, emotional ability/intelligenceDevelop/review the company HIV/Aids policy ad procedure with relevant stakeholdersCoordinate overall wellness and Disease Management System, including HIV/ Aids and TBPromote and monitor health and safety of PWA (confidentiality). Administer in-house ARV programmeProvide support, counselling, and recommended training to improve performance of employees with disabilities, HIV/Aids, and any other chronic illnessParticipate in networking that will benefit the company wit updated and accurate information on health and wellness issuesOffer support, counselling and referral to loss and trauma in the work placeMarket EAP services to employees and supervisorsImplementation of SANS 16001 wellness and disease management systemMonitoring and evaluation of HIV/Aids programme reportDevelop or review related policies and proceduresFormulate and implement addiction awareness programmes
