Electronics Technician ( Operator/Mst/Je)

Interpreting manuals and instructions in order to perform duties.Assembling, installing, repairing, troubleshooting and maintaining electronic components and systems.Repairing failed machine parts during shifts.Distinguishing various colors of wires and electronic systems and sections.Ensuring all tools are operating in accordance with health and safety regulations.Maintaining spares in order in the department stores.Maintaining 5S in their respective areas.Checking the machine health during PM/job changeovers.Providing training and supervision for new trainees.Performing safety checks to ensure design plans have been implemented accordingly and the product is working.Key Performance Indicators Informing the breakdowns if unable to solve within the defined time to Shift In Charge.Repairing machine parts and informing the Manager/Shift In Charge of the requirement.Arranging spares in department stores in proper order for quick availability during breakdowns.Maintaining 5S in the respective area.If a part fails, repairing it during the shift if possible and informing the Shift In Charge.Checking machine health periodically during job changeovers.Ensuring local and national codes are followed and proper materials are used throughout electrical systems.Qualifications Minimum relevant experience of 2-6 years.Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent writing, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.In-depth technical knowledge of electronics.Willingness to receive constructive feedback and grow.SkillsElectronics, Auto Electrics, Wiring, Troubleshooting, Machine Learning, Health and Safety Compliance.
