Electrician - Instrumentation

Minimum Requirements:
Completed apprenticeship or diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Technology.Certified Electrician or Instrumentation Technician.Understanding production environment and working to targets and efficiencies.Proficient in electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting.Knowledge of safety protocols (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash).Familiarity with industry standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Key Responsibilities:
Electrical:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems (up to 600V).Troubleshoot electrical issues using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment.Perform electrical safety inspections and maintenance.Wire and connect electrical devices, motors, and control panels.Instrumentation:
Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation devices (e.g., pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters).Troubleshoot instrumentation issues using specialized tools and software.Configure and program instrumentation systems.Perform loop checks and functional testing.Additional Responsibilities:
Read and interpret electrical and instrumentation diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other tradespeople.Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Participate in plant shutdowns, maintenance, and upgrades.People Management:
