If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Machine Electrical Systems Designer at our leading Mining Capital Equipment Supplier!Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Areas of Responsibility:Develop new electrical systems for machines, pushing the boundaries of innovation.Update and improve current electrical systems to enhance performance and efficiency.Develop machine-specific diagnostic interface programs for field service technicians, ensuring smooth operation in the field.Commission and troubleshoot new machines to ensure optimal performance and reliability.RequirementsExperience in electrical system design.Understanding of electrical system design and development, including hydraulic control circuits, auto electric control circuits, and digital control systems.Ability to work under pressure and without direct supervision.Strong communication and team working skills.Proficiency in MS Office products and own transport.Beneficial ExperienceMobile software development experience.E Plan understanding.Familiarity with trackless drivetrains and trackless mining environments.Experience in a manufacturing environment.Project management capabilities.Understanding of CAN bus systems.QualificationsB-Tech degree in Electrical-Electronic Engineering or similar, recognized by ECSA.
