Our client in the Engineering, Procurement and Management Industry is looking for a candidate with experience in Control and Instrumentation to fill in a position of an Electrical Engineer they have in their Institution.
Key Responsibilities:Must be able to function well in a small team environment. Must be able to deliver the electrical design in totality with the help of the draughtsman.Reporting to the Lead E&I Engineer, the incumbent will be responsible for all electrical design activities for the assigned project scope.Strong knowledge of electrical design requirements & practices through the various project execution phases, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.Experience on brown fields projects and/or projects requiring integration with existing control systems.Sound communication, negotiation, interpersonal and coordination skills.Will be required to travel to project sites on an as-needed basis to support the design and/or construction activities.Proven experience in Factory Acceptance Testing and commissioning of electrical systems.Key Requirements:Pr. Eng / Pr. Tech Eng or well positioned to register with ECSA.Minimum 5 years of relevant Electrical Systems design experience in EPCM environment.Experience with Integrated Design Tools e.g. Bentley, Smart Plant or DesSoft.Send your CV and latest pay slip to ******
