Are you someone who can: Create engaging scripts for e-learning, using materials provided by Subject Matter Experts (SME) and other clients.Manage scripts and courseware, including the internal and external review processes of content.Recommend appropriate instructional method(s) based on content analysis and proposal.Create supplemental materials, such as scripts for audio, video, animations, and asset lists.Support Learning Manager on the design and development of projects, including brainstorming and sourcing images.Create training materials that meet instructional design principles and customer requirements.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with stakeholders.Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments and industry best practices.Establish corporate standards and guidelines for content management.Engage in the full content management lifecycle, editorial, production, and publication processes.Analyse opportunities for content needs and changes while adhering to document management principles.Drive quality control of content by ensuring adherence to policies regarding spelling, grammar, and appropriateness for audience.Design and implement metadata by providing guidance to authors on content.Develop both static and dynamic multimedia using InDesign or appropriate tools.You will be an ideal candidate if you: Have completed a relevant undergraduate degree.Have at least 4-5 years of content development experience.Have experience with data analytics tools and languages.Possess client and project management skills.Have superior communication skills.Have experience working with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Workday).Are proficient with Microsoft Suite.Have experience with various Learning Authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond).You will have access to: Challenging work in a complex compliance environment.Opportunities to innovate and create efficiencies.Exposure to our direct South African operations and broader Africa, offshore operations.Create engaging scripts for e-learning courses.Bring real value to the scripting process.We can be a match if you are: Obsessed with mastering content outlines, storyboards, and scripts.Eager to collaborate with other content developers and stakeholders.Skilled at managing and updating content inventory and workflow.Excited about evaluating and measuring content performance.Curious and courageous in keeping up with trends in content development.Are you interested to take the step?
