Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:Attend to all department Queries Ensure that all queries received are resolved and acknowledged within 48hours. Distribution PreparationMake sure cue sheets are always available for processing.Make sure month-to-date reports and music lists are available for processing.Make sure that no duplicates are downloadedPrepare broadcast schedule to make sure it has data relevant to the distribution period. Statements PreparationPreparation of Statements on timeSending files to process on BOUpload TXT or MDB reports on the specific DSP Backoffice FTPLog in on the back-office system using the DSP credentials.Identify and import the files from FTP per service and period into the BO systemMinimum Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:Advanced ExcelA minimum bachelors degree in a related field3 years work experienceExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Eager and ability to adapt to latest technologiesExceptional data analysis skills will be an added advantageKnowledge of the music business will be an advantageGood time management, planning, and organizational skills.Reliable and good with numbersIf you do not hear from us within 2 weeks after closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
