Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Director of Learning with a focus on people development and learning. This role involves ensuring timely delivery of programs and projects using established methodologies and processes.
Responsibilities:Manage apprenticeship programs including logistics, operations, and communicationsLead the organization's largest teamDefine and communicate program vision, goals, and prioritiesIdentify enhancements for efficiencyReport progress to stakeholders and senior managementCollaborate on the client's learning program strategyAssist in the student selection processBuild and maintain systems for program operationsMotivate the team for a great student experienceRequirements:8-10 years in Program Management with a relevant degreeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPassion for education and social impactTech-savvy with project management experienceAbility to work effectively in diverse teamsExperience in leading project teamsExcellent time-management and organizational skillsInterpersonal skills and stakeholder managementSelf-motivated and adaptableExperience in fast-paced environments
