Diagnostic Technician

A Motor Vehicle Dealership in Mpumalanga is looking for a Qualified Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their service department.Requirements:Grade 12Trade Test Certificate (non-negotiable)Relevant Master training/qualification is advantageousPremium brand experience is preferableValid SA Driver's LicenseClear criminal recordMotivated and target-driven with a solid track recordProven experience as a diagnostic technician, preferably with luxury brands. Responsibilities:Service and repair all vehicles booked into the dealershipDiagnose and report findings accuratelyMaintain and update diagnostic toolsRequest relevant and correct parts from parts sales executiveNotify management of any service-related issuesCheck in customers and follow up with clientsUpdate job cards with accurate and detailed information on service/repairsPlan and order parts required in advance as per vehicle identificationPlan production efficientlyConduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)Maintain good communication with head office and customersFollow up with customers after service Please note that only candidates with the required experience will be considered and contacted.
