Design Engineer - Composites

Exceptional opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in composites to join this international award-winning team. Responsibilities includes: Designing and Detailing of composite components for the Automotive and Aerodynamic industries. Compiling of all relevant technical documentation, including CNC files, SOP's, BOM packs, ECR's etc will all from part of your job spec. You will be required to liaise with and support all stakeholders in the process including the Tooling moulding and assembly departments. Requirements:Minimum: National Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Megatronics)Proficient in SolidWorks – non negotiableExperience and knowledge in Assembly Design, and Design Intent3 Years' experience in a Manufacturing EnvironmentKnowledge and experience on Composite materialsSA Driver's license Kindly note that if you have not received any feedback 2 weeks after your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.
