Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide facilities administrative support to the Business to ensure the effective day to day operations and business continuity in a safe environment with managed risks.
Key responsibilities
Liaising with the Site coordinators, Facilities Management, Company Support teams, contractors and suppliers.
Asset management – Accurate equipment lists management and equipment tracking between sites.
Site Budget tracking and reporting.
Following up on PR/PO creation, invoices verification against job cards and track payments.
Assisting in the collation and verification of monthly/weekly SLA reports & invoices with the Regional Technical Manager.
Monthly technical reports.
Monthly HVAC reports.
Reduce electrical consumption.
Risk audits.
Track SLA of FM supplier.
Track service reports.
Standby.
Ensure HVAC are operating at optimal levels.
Fault finding.
Training of handymen staff.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
At least 5 years' HVAC experience especially with VRV, Chilled, PAC units etc.
Be able to work independently.
Advance Problem solving.
Complex Fault finding.
Advanced electrical and plumbing.
Qualified HVAC technician.
Health and safety.
Data Centre management experience.
Power management.
PLC controls.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and attributes:
Task orientated and meticulous.
Good report writing skills.
Initiative but cautious.
High focus on quality, good attention to detail.
