Deputy General Manager

Candidate Requirements: Must have a Degree/Diploma in Management/Finance or Tourism Must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English Must have a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in 5-star establishments Must have experience in the F&B industry Experience managing more than one restaurant at a time is advantageous Must have a genuine desire to serve the needs of customers, with a strong personal responsibility for achieving customer satisfaction. Excellent staff management skills and leadership Must have proven project management skills Must have above-average interpersonal and HR skills Must be fully computer literate Must have a valid drivers license and own transport This is a live-out position Single applicants only
