The Business Development and Exports Manager will lead strategic initiatives to expand market presence and drive revenue growth across Southeast Africa.

Qualifications: BSc Life Science DegreePost-graduate business qualification (e.g., MBA / PDM preferred)Minimum 5 – 10 years proven experience in business development within the pharmaceutical industrySales and Marketing experience is an added advantageStrong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and procedures in various export countriesExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-cultural environmentProficient in English
