Qualifications

What you will bring to the role: Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, within high-end dining operationsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentA true love and passion for food and creating genuine memorable guest experiencesCertificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above, Certificate 3 in Patisserie or equivalentFrench training and fine dining experience an advantage Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
