THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE Our client is growing independent automotive group, and they are looking for an experienced Dealer Principal to lead one of their well-established volume brand dealerships. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring profitability across all departments, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and improve performance while maintaining excellent relationships with manufacturers and customers. You will also be required to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
