Job Role: Data AnalystLocation: Durban Start Date: ImmediateQualifications: Diploma or Degree - Industry Trade Marketing and / or Data AnalyticsMin 3-5 years experience inn FMCG environmentBusiness Skills:DiplomacyMathematics and Analytical skillsCustomer Service Logical ThinkingZap application designer Design and layout skillsComputer Software:MS Office ( Excel - Intermediate) Word, Power PointValid Driver's LicenseOwn TransportKey Performance Areas:Responsible for analysing consumer data, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to provide actionable insights that drive the marketing strategy.Develop and maintain routine Weekly Account Reports.Develop ad hoc account / category reports a requested by KAMS's and Regional Sales Managers.Perform post promotional analysis.Monitor Spend-to-Sales ratios by account and divisionMaintain and develop Monthly Category Shares, dashboards based on relevant data.Identity Category opportunities and threats based on RetailerAnalysis.Evaluate competitor's promotional activities for replication.Maintaining of Master Data in conjunction with IT DepartmentThe incumbent will work very closely with the function heads ofsales / marketing and Finance to provide the necessary information.The incumbent will perform analysis and other projects requested by Sales and Marketing Management, but also shouldbe willing to surface issues discovered during routine analysis and reporting.Be able to handle increasingly more responsibilities as new platforms are launched.Present data and analysis to internal and external stakeholdersAble to liaise and communicate data analysis directly to Key Accounts
