Your role demands superb communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to excellence.Key Responsibilities:Swiftly respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and empathyMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring no detail is overlookedCollaborate closely with teammates to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience from start to finishResolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed to ensure satisfactionQualifications:Proficiency in both written and verbal EnglishMinimum of 1 year of customer service experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with easeA suitable environment for taking phone calls and a personally-owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload & download speed.
