Responsibilities:Providing excellent customer service, with customers issue being resolved first time aroundUse your knowledge and brilliant communication skills to resolve a range of customer issues and queriesBuild rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests firstExcellent time management skillsConvert incoming customer service calls into leadsBuilding great rapport with your clientsSupporting sales team Requirements:Grade 12 or a NQF 4 EquivalentOutbound / Inbound sales experience (local / international)Minimum 6 months sales + 6 months customer serviceClearing and forwarding experienceMetals, Bulk and raw materials experience will be advantageous Skills and attributes:Excellent verbal communicationSoft SkillsSales Ability (comfortable with handling objections, building rapport, needs analysis)A solid background in targeted customer serviceA driven mindset and a love for hitting targetsAttention to detail, so the conversation is correctly captured and actionedCustomer centricityAbility to multitaskAbility to function under pressureAbility to support a team Do you fit this profile and have the experience required for this customer services and sales support role?
