Our client, one of the largest world-renowned companies that deals with specialised cargo offering various methods of transportation modes and services globally, is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join their team in Durban.
The successful candidate will need to be client centric and support the sales team.
Understanding Clearing and Forwarding is a must.
Experience within logistics having dealt with industries such as metals, bulk and raw materials will be advantageous.
Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service, with customers issue being resolved first time around Use your knowledge and brilliant communication skills to resolve a range of customer issues and queries Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first Excellent time management skills Convert incoming customer service calls into leads Building great rapport with your clients Supporting sales team Requirements: Grade 12 or a NQF 4 Equivalent Outbound / Inbound sales experience (local / international) Minimum 6 months sales + 6 months customer service Clearing and forwarding experience Metals, Bulk and raw materials experience will be advantageous Skills and attributes: Excellent verbal communication Soft Skills Sales Ability (comfortable with handling objections, building rapport, needs analysis) A solid background in targeted customer service A driven mindset and a love for hitting targets Attention to detail, so the conversation is correctly captured and actioned Customer centricity Ability to multitask Ability to function under pressure Ability to support a team Do you fit this profile and have the experience required for this customer services and sales support role?
