Job Description: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in our BPO contact center. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Requirements: 6-9 months of experience in a BPO contact center environment. Must not be currently enrolled as a student. Clear criminal and credit record. Matric Grade 12 qualification or equivalent. Available to start immediately. Clear and neutral accent. Additional Requirements: Experience with USA insurance campaigns preferred. Flexibility to work day shifts and night shifts as needed.
