Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure measurable team goals are met.Oversee day to day outbound operations and ensure all issues get resolved timeously.Discover training needs and provide coaching.Listen to team members' feedback and resolve or fix root cause.Ensure the whole team delivers on company targets.Identify, track, and escalate trends that indicate large-scale systemic or process issues.Assist team members with investigations and troubleshooting efforts on technically advanced requests.Facilitate and provide updates with weekly team meetings.Drive cost saving initiatives.Review and continuously do research to improve current processes.Provide feedback to customers via weekly and monthly reports.Data analysis and strategically fix operational and/or processes to improve customer experience and company service levels.Desired Experience & QualificationOur Ideal Candidate Should Have The FollowingMatricRelevant post-graduate qualification will be advantageous.At least 5 - 8 years' work experience, of which at least 5 years' customer service/supply chain experience.FMCG and/or manufacturing industry experience is advantageous.Advanced Excel skills are fundamental.Power BI and Syspro experience will be advantageous.Great work ethics and time management.Previous team leader experience and/or acting team leader experience will be advantageous.SQL experience/knowledge will be advantageous.Other AttributesCreate an inspiring and motivating work team environment with open communication and a "willingness to always assist" team culture.Be totally customer-centric, always delighting our customers.
