Main Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries via phone, email, and online chats in Spanish.Handle incoming and outgoing communications across multiple media platforms.Accurately input relevant information into company databases.Foster customer relationships and manage accounts, including promoting additional products and services.Resolve customer issues and provide solutions during your shift.Take full ownership of customer-related queries.Manage time effectively and adhere to scheduled shifts.Desired Experience and Skillset:2+ years of relevant work experience.Native Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Valid work or residence permit for Cape Town, South Africa, or Lisbon, Portugal.Fluent in English with strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).Availability for 24/7 shift rotations.Completed high school education.
