Tasks
Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and resolving issues efficiently and accurately.
Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions following the bank's procedures and policies.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.
Promote and explain banking products and services to customers to enhance their banking experience.
Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are reported promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
