As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various channels, including in-store, online, and social media. You will assist with laybye/deposit applications, TV license applications, customer invoicing, and after-sales service.Responsibilities:Assist customers with in-store and online queries related to our products and servicesRespond to customer inquiries and complaints via social media channelsProcess laybye/deposit applications and TV license applications for customersAssist with customer invoicing and after-sales serviceEnsure that customers are satisfied with our products and servicesEnsure a positive customer experience by being friendly, approachable, and attentiveMaintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactionsIdentify and escalate any issues or concerns that require further attentionKeep up to date with the latest product and service offerings and company policiesCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experienceRequirementsHigh school matric or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feetAbility to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyBasic computer skills and experience using social media platformsPrevious customer service experience is preferredAbility to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
