Customer Relations Manager Logistics

Germiston client requires an efficient, passionate CRM for warehouse and logistics services of the business.
Grade 12, plus 5 years in operations and customer service within the logistics industry.
Advanced MS Office, excellent communication and strong leadership skills essential.
The position will include high quality management, administration and delivery of strategic reports for CRM department.
Experience and knowledge of logistics and transport industry essential and candidate is required to be welll organized, attentive to detail and deadlines.
