Customer/Receipt Checker (2Months Fixed Term)

KRAsGreeting customers and offering assistanceFacilitate and coordinate walk-in / incoming customers and stakeholdersReceipt checking while making a positive connection with customers.Check receipts and its total numbers vs baskets, ensuring that all purchases are correct and accounted forPrevent customers from being double charged or under charged and duplicate ItemsMonitor sales floor and customer movements on the sales floorStocking merchandise when necessaryCommunicate effectively with customers, and stakeholders, by providing accurate responses to customer questionsSupport the sales team and other company personnelFollow all company safety, security and housekeeping procedures.Respect customers, company, property and equipment.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:Matric essential.At least 2 years customers service experience.Client Servicing and understanding of security measuresExposure to enquiries and difficult customersProduct Knowledge will be advantageousWell-spoken and articulate in English.
The ability to speak another South African language will be advantageous.
