Customer Engagement Specialist

Pepkor Speciality has a NEW POSITION available within our Direct Marketing Team,  for a Customer Engagement Specialist .
The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking, compiling and reporting customer research metrics derived from Salesforce to support marketing initiatives.  Will compile data from Salesforce and organise data to develop comprehensive customer profiles and segmentations to create and deploy targeted campaigns.
