Crm Campaign Trafficker / Delivery Coordinator

OVERVIEW The CRM delivery coordinator / trafficker, reporting to the CRM Operations Manager, is responsible for the trafficking of all CRM implementation work and all marketing campaign execution on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role is crucial in helping our team plan, schedule and launch marketing campaigns effectively. To deliver high quality campaigns, you must excel at project management and managing the end-to-end process workflow ensuring CRM delivery resources are optimised and available for seamless campaign delivery.

This position will be responsible for working cross functionally with key stakeholders on client marketing team and with VML CRM managers in UK to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and with high standards.  This position will also play a pivotal role in managing or supporting other key aspects of operations including vendor management, marketing technology, analytics, and reporting, delivering world-class CRM campaigns for our client's multiple brands.

This position requires practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and expertise in direct marketing campaigns (Email & Mobile), personalisation, and 1st party data activation in media channels.

FOCUS AREAS Operational Excellence in CRM Campaign Services: Ensure strict adherence to all frameworks, processes, and best practices for optimal execution. Effective Project Management & Trafficking: Oversee the CRM delivery teams capacity and workload to manage marketing campaign execution. Report project status and results to clients through in-person meetings and video conference calls. Strengthening Partner and Stakeholder Relationships: Conduct stakeholder meetings and collaborate on translating requirements into actionable tasks. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of Industry standards, delivering the parameters of specific resource allocations and delivery targets for each campaign Administration: High attention to detail to provide accurate administration and campaign reporting RESPONSIBILITIES Your duties as the CRM delivery coordinator will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Coordinate with clients and VML marketing teams to plan, schedule and deploy campaigns. Oversee the effective delivery of CRM marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Analyse campaign scheduling and customer behavior and adjust CRM deployment strategies as needed. Manage CRM deployment process, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for effective CRM marketing. Collaborate with internal teams to align brand campaigns with customer communications seamlessly. Lead daily and weekly meetings with the different teams to ensure consistency in deliverables and alignment on campaign & project goals. Manage different priorities consistently and provide updates to team members where required. Provide training and support to users of CRM processes and tools. Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and email marketing laws. REQUIREMENTS Technology & Development A minimum of 4 years' experience in one of more of the following Salesforce (ET), Adobe, Marketo, IBM, and other CRM platforms Highly computer literate with
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform (Email, Mobile & Ads) Salesforce Personalisation MS Office 365 Jira & Confluence Litmus Understanding of scripting languages (Amp Script & Java) HTML email coding, CSS (preferred)  Qualifications & Interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience in a CRM role Confident working to deadlines and offering a high level and accurate service Strong understanding of CRM principles, practices, and technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with different teams within the organisation. Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. Understanding of data protection regulations. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus.
