Reference: CPT002490-AK-1Top legal firm based in Sandton is seeking a Credit Controller to join their team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Collect payment of invoices (phone and email) in accordance with agreed client payment terms on nominated accountsEnsure appropriate ageing profile is maintained and collection targets achievedFull responsibility for managing account queries and ensuring efficient and effective resolutionClient account reconciliationsAbility to stand in for other members of the finance department if and when requiredDaily allocation and capturing of payments from Bank statementUploading invoices to online portalsCompleting vendor application formsRequirements:5 years previous credit control experience, preferably from a legal or financial services sectorWorking knowledge of CMS advantageousSound knowledge of collection techniquesKnowledge of ExcelMust have a clear credit recordPlease note only shortlisted candidates will be contractedPackage & RemunerationAnnually
