Costing / Warranty Clerk

A leading Motor Vehicle Dealership in Johannesburg is looking for an experienced Warranty/Costing Clerk to join their dynamic team.Responsibilities:Follow up daily on orders and process monthly costingsReconcile stock on Pastel after stock takesManage daily control checklists to track shortagesCoordinate payments through the accountantPrepare month-end reports in Excel for key clientsHandle general office administration, including answering the switchboardSchedule appointments and process repair orders, quotes, and invoicesProvide customer support via phone and in person at the dealershipQualify customer concerns and log them for technician reviewOrder additional stock as needed to ensure timely repairsObtain customer approval for all remedial work to be completedLiaise with the warranty technician to ensure efficient service and adherence to turnaround timesMaintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warranty claim activitiesHandle general day-to-day invoicing administrationRequirements:Experience as a costing clerk in an automotive dealershipProven ability to lead a team and exceed sales targetsGrade 12 certificateProficient in Evolve softwareValid drivers license and own transportRelevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)Strong adaptability to changing business needsExperience with warranty claims administration and processingApply now!(Please note that only candidates with the abovementioned requirements would be considered and contacted)
