Qualification, Experience and Competencies

Matric
Two years Administration experience
An understanding of relevant CS processes
Two years experience on SAP CS and CRM
Computer literate – Microsoft Office
Willing to work overtime
Competencies: Basic numeracy skills; good analytical skills; accuracy and attention to detail; good time management; sound communication skills and team player
