KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Provide MHR placement services to clients. Placement administration of panel members. REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12

DESIRED EDUCATION: Diploma/ Certificate in Enrolled Nursing Assistant (ENA)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in Private Healthcare Industry.

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE MS Office (e.g. Excel - v look up, pivot tables, filters etc.; Word - letters) and relevant software packages (e.g. MHRM, CRS). Nursing and Admin structures and scope of practices. Relevant legislation (i.e. BCEA, LRA etc.) and the ability to apply this in the workplace. All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
