CTR Construction are looking for a Contracts Manager for a Refurbishment Contractor based in East London.

The Role
Our client is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their £40 million turnover business, managing and supporting projects up to £10 million in value.
They specialise in Refurbishment projects across London & South East.
As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for:

Managing upwards of 10 Contracts/Projects at any one time
Producing and maintaining site surveys
Negotiating to secure orders
And more

About You
Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in London or Essex.
Ideally, you will have 5+ years experience across the above named sectors.
They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Contracts Management and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
