Construction Site Manager General BuildingDuties includes (but not limited to):Construction project time management and planning.Material and plant management.Quality control and assurance.Allocating resourcesStaff and subcontractor managementControlling cost and budgets of projects.Requirements:Minimum: Matric with 10 years proven construction experience in the role of site manager.Ideally: Having a Diploma in Construction or a B Tech in Building Construction coupled with the minimum 10 years proven construction experience in the role of site manager.The 10 years construction experience in the role of site manager must be in building construction.Civil qualifications and civil experience will NOT be considered.Engineering qualifications and experience as a site engineer will NOT be considered.Excellent communication skillsExcellent organisation abilitiesDiligent and accountableSelf-assertiveHigh work standardsExcellent problem assessment and solving abilitiesMust have a stable career history
