Construction Project Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a relevant field. Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) PRINCES2 or equivalent. Registration with relevant bodies (eg. ECSA for engineers, SACPCMP for project managers, SACQSP for quantity surveyors). Registered member of the Association of Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS) is advantageous. OUTPUTS: Cost Management Project planning and execution Quality Assurance Contractor and Stakeholder Management Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Reporting and Documentation Team Leadership and Development Performance Metrics Frequent Travelling EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 10 years experience of managing large-scale construction projects. Proven track record of managing projects within budgets and time constraints. Exceptional Problem solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Risk management and mitigation Credit experience is essential, including corporate restructuring and financial analysis.
