Candidate Responsibilities will include: Management of time, hours, overtime of self and teamsLegal appointments are in accordance with the Scope of WorkEnsure well-managed and disciplined construction implementation, utilizing integrated learning opportunities, meetings, project schedules, ensuring that construction is in line with the latest drawing revision and commercial conditions of contract.Construction schedules are monitored, up to date and aligned with contractual requirementsInterfacing with the Client, Client representatives to ensure that relevant commercial driven communication are in place.Ability to read construction drawings, plans and convey this information to othersConstruction executed in accordance with the scope of workThe incumbent will be responsible for all daily management functions not mentioned herePerformance ManagementResource planning schedules and forecasting.Assist in identifying and registering risks related to the project, company and Client, as well as developing and implementing mitigating plans to remove the said risks.Ensure that the team delivers the best quality product within the timeline of the project.Ensure that all documentation is managed according to strict document control policies, practices, principles and procedures.Candidate Minimum Requirements:B Degree (Civil Construction) / National Higher Diploma or equivalent5 -10 years experience in civil construction managementRegistered with a recognized professional bodyCode 8 (B) drivers license with own transportCandidate must be willing to work overtime when requiredAttention to detailFluency in EnglishExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAbility to communicate and report effectivelyMS Projects
