Functions: Participate in the drafting and implementation of compliance frameworks, policies, manuals, and technical guidelines Assist and support the development of Group Compliance Function Ensure that compliance risks are appropriately monitored and managed Provide advice in relation to regulatory compliance issues, processes, complaints and queries Requirements: LLB Must be an approved Compliance Officer by the FSCA Minimum of 5 years experience within FAIS and Insurance
