Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues with precision and efficiencyConduct thorough inspections of machinery and complete detailed job cards accuratelyExecute and enhance scheduled maintenance while assisting with equipment installations and repairsUphold strict safety standards and contribute to the development of safety proceduresProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team members while ensuring excellent housekeeping practicesEffectively utilize management systems such as Pragma, ISO9001, NOSA, WCM, and others to support operationsSkills & Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing factory plant environmentExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical abilitiesExperience in brush filling is an added advantageStrong knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, and safety practicesA collaborative team player with effective communication and time management skillsSelf-driven, improvement-oriented, and flexible to work overtime or on weekends when requiredQualification:MatricRed Seal Millwright Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
