To promote, maintain and develop sales in terms of Wholesale, specific products and promotions as directed, and to ensure compliance with the Franchise image.
Gather client intelligence, analyse, and feed data to inform key stakeholders, enabling them to make well-informed business decisions.
This role will identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Duties include: Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and building a robust sales pipeline, expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.
Client Engagement Sales Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company targets and expand the commercial client base.
Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and communicate their value to potential customers.
Negotiation & Closing : Handle the full sales cycle, including negotiations, contract discussions, and closing deals with customers, as well as hold ongoing Business reviews.
Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Analysis : Stay informed regarding industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Reporting : Track sales performance, pipeline status, and key activities using CRM tools, and provide regular updates to sales management.
Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs.
Training & Support: Provide training to business users on how to utilize BI tools and interpret data insights effectively.
Forecasting & Trend Analysis Minimum Requirements Minimum Grade 12 Relevant post grade 12 qualification in sales will be advantageous 3 years' previous working experience within a similar role (pharmaceutical background is imperative) Code 08 license and own transport Must be detail-orientated and work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision Understanding of sales/marketing/operations/buying/telesales and merchandising is ideally required An understanding of numbers and accounting calculations Analytical and structured Deadline driven
