Coldroom Dispatch Clerk

We are currently looking for Coldroom Dispatch Clerk (Temp) to join our team at Metsi Berries Naboomspruit.
Key Performance Outputs Ensure all raw materials are received and orders dispatched.
Take full responsibility of load plans offloading route planning as well as working closely with drivers To work closely with the production manager and other departmental supervisors to ensure efficiency in production and logistics.
To take responsibility of the forklift and pallet jacks and ensure safe use and cleaning of these equipment.
Ensure that all employees use the company resources in an effective manner to ensure best operating costs.
Ensure Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during loading and offloading trucks.
Ensuring all coordination and all containers are loaded accurately implementing the OTO principle Requirements National Senior Certificate/ Grade 12.
Knowledge of fruit quality standards and customer specifications.
Good understanding of safety procedures and policies.
Knowledge of the stock systems and quality control principles.
Good knowledge and understanding of packing machinery.
Good Excel skills.
Good communication skills.
