Cnc Fitter

Our client in Dubai is seeking a CNC Fitter who is prepared to relocate and become part of their dynamic team.Applicants from Northern Cape, Mpumalanga, Kwa-Zulu Natal (Durban) and Limpopo are encouraged to apply.Requirements:At least 2-5 years of experience in CNC machining or fitting is preferred.Must be trade tested.Familiarity with CNC programming languages (like G-code) can be advantageous.A valid passport is required.Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to understand production requirements.Assemble and fit components accurately according to specifications, ensuring precision and quality.Conduct regular inspections of finished products, using measuring tools to ensure compliance with tolerances and specifications.Identify and resolve any issues with machinery or production processes, performing repairs as necessary.Carry out routine maintenance and servicing of CNC machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.Maintain accurate records of production processes, machine settings, and maintenance activities.Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols within the workshop, ensuring a safe working environment.Work closely with engineers, machinists, and other team members to improve processes and resolve any production challenges.
