Cleaner

We are currently looking for a Cleaner, based at our production & warehouse facility in Gqeberha.Purpose of the role:Maintain all facilities by keeping the company premises clean and well organized.Monitor cleaning materials stored in their area.Key Areas of Responsibility:Office cleaners render janitorial services within office spaces.
They are responsible for cleaning the workspaces, including restrooms; emptying trash bins twice a day, cleaning windows, and dusting furniture, and performing other related duties to promote a tidy environment for all including to but not limited: clearing cutlery off employee's desks, disinfecting desks and works spaces in the office and boardroom.Regardless of the sector, every organization will require cleaning for its workspace to keep the environment healthy and clean.Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office areas and non-production employee lounge.Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms daily for the whole facility.Responsible for cleaning windows in boardrooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms, management offices, etc.Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed.Required to stock kitchen and bathrooms with supplies needed.Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.Responsible for refilling Sanitizer units.Responsible for checking cleaning supplies monthly and informing Manager when to order stock running low.Responsible to pack away groceries and clean product once stock has arrived.Responsible to issue Production and Warehouse with the necessary toiletries needed.Education:Matric as minimum requirement.Proven experience in similar roles and industry.Compliance of Occupational Safety and Health Administration chemical safety standards.Knowledge, Skills & Ability:Communication.Interpersonal skills.Proactivity.The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.The ability to follow health and safety standards.Time management.Should you not receive any response within 2 weeks please consider your application unsuccessful.
