Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Civils Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundworks, civil works, and concrete works. As a Civils Foreman, you will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to groundworks, civil works, and concrete works. - Manage and lead a team of skilled workers, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. - Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Monitor project progress, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material management. - Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Civils Foreman, with a strong focus on groundworks, civil works, and concrete works. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. - Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions. - Valid drivers license and ability to travel to various sites.
