Job Title: Civil Engineering TechnologistJob Location: Western Cape, Cape TownDeadline: December 25, 2024Quick Recommended LinksJobs by LocationJobs by IndustriesKey ResponsibilitiesForm part of an existing design office and report to a Project Leader.Participate and contribute to designs under the lead of the Project Leader and Design Engineers.Preparation of design drawings and typical details to construction drawings level of detail.Contribution to the compilation of Feasibility Reports, Technical Reports, and Tender adjudication reports.Construction Monitoring & Site Inspections.Participating with compilation of Tender Documentation and Specifications.Assisting with Contract and Project Management functions.Act as part-time Resident Engineer on various projects.Key RequirementsMust have B-Tech degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.8 – 10 years post-graduate working experience in a design office.Valid Driving Licence.Must be Cape Town based or willing to relocate before commencement.Adherence to office hours and availability for overtime as and when required to meet deadlines.Have experience with the following Computer Software Programs: Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite.Engineering / Technical jobs
