Chief Financial Officer, 5 Year Contract, East London

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with Post Graduate qualification in Accounting / Finance10 years relevant experience in a similar role; 5 of which must have been in a senior management positionProfessional knowledge of entities accounting, financial and supply chain requirementsEffective and capable management of an accounting functionThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Financial management development of budget and presentation thereof; management of financial and accounting systems; ensure report distribution; identify, manage & monitor financial risks; ensure sufficient internal controls exist; monitor entity cashflowSCM Oversee supply chain processes; advise on procurement; compliance to PFMA / treasury regulations / GRAP etc; record meetings; chair the BACStakeholder management ensure sound inter-governmental relations; ensure sound corporate governancePeople management ensure effective & efficient organization structure is in place; ensure finance depts structure is appropriately resourced Salary: Market related
