Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:Blending consistent quality productsManaging bulk stock effectivelyMinimizing losses and write-offsEffective admin housekeepingSupervising and motivating peopleEnsure that products received adheres to company specificationsLiaise with the necessary departments concerning production plannedPlanning and coordinating of daily tasksEnsure that departments quality management documents are kept up to dateInvolve with internal and self-auditsOversee that the right filtration material is used for the right productMaintain effective housekeeping and safety practicesThe successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:Matric plus relevant qualifications in Cellar TechnologyMust have a knowledge of spirits and winesExperience in Managing and Leading a team essentialExperience in Managing an MDT area essentialAbility to work independently, identify and solve problems and make relevant decisionsAbility to work under pressureBe self-motivated and action drivenBe a team player and innovatorSound leadership and conflict handling experienceStrong numerical aptitude and analytical abilities are essentialComputer literate
